Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. If this rule is broken, an additional fee of €150 will be charged for thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises.
Liability
The person making the booking is fully liable for the safety of the property and for any damage caused. The owner has the right to determine the amount of compensation based on the extent of the damage.
Loss of key
The following fees are charged for lost keys:
• Electronic key: €80
• Traditional key (Abloy Classic, lock replacement): €450
• Door opening: €30 (€50 after 9 p.m. and at weekends)
Additional services
Extra cleaning
If the apartment is left in a very dirty condition, cleaning will be charged as follows:
• Basic cleaning: €30/hour
• Stain removal from carpets and sofas: €40/hour
Extra guests
All additional guests must be notified in advance. A fee of €25 per person is charged for each additional guest. If the number of guests has been deliberately understated or concealed, the owner has the right to charge double the fee (€50 per person).
Short visits by guests, friends, or relatives are permitted for a maximum of 3 hours.
Disturbances
A €500 fine is charged for any disturbance that results in the police being called.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited, including on the balcony. Violations will result in a €200 fine.
Parties
Organising parties is strictly prohibited.
